MSN, BSN, ADN, RN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Welcome! I believe people are essentially resilient and willing to put in the effort to have the life they dream of. People can change with the desire to, and my goal is to help people become all that they want to be. Often, we don’t understand why we feel a certain way or behave a certain way. My approach is to help you discover answers with a different perspective, practicing self-love and forgiveness, as well as a positive outlook for what could be. I believe, that by understanding yourself, you will contribute to the greater good around us, giving the world and your family the best you that you can be.

I started as an LPN, then an RN, and then went back to school to be a PMHNP-BC at Maryville University in St. Louis. Psychiatry has always been a passion for me, even in nursing school. I have a holistic approach to what I do, and I individualize treatment to what you, as a patient, are needing and wanting. I have experience in home care, long-term care, and oncology research. Mental health is crucial alongside physical health, because when our physical health is struggling, our mental health will also and vice versa. I have ten children, including my late husband’s children, and 14 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time at my lakehome, traveling the world, spending quality time with my family and friends, music including playing piano and singing and all things Spotify, and going to concerts and movies. I look forward to meeting you!
