    Through completion of the PCIT program, the child’s targeted behavior will decrease, the parent will learn more effective techniques for working with their child, and the overall parent-child relationship will improve.

    Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)

EFT/Tapping is an evidence-based therapy that has its roots in mind-body healing traditions that are over 5,000 years old, such as acupuncture. Some call it acupressure for emotions.
